If a print-on-demand product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, contact support@ditomediodigital.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information necessary to verify the problem and work with the applicable fulfillment provider toward an appropriate resolution.

Because print-on-demand products are generally produced specifically for each order, returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer ordering errors may not be available.
